3. User Responsibilities

• Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Conduct your own due diligence before entering transactions

4. Fees and Payments

Sellers agree to pay a 5% success fee upon completion of a sale facilitated through the platform. All fees are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform belong to Direct Business Sales Australia or their respective owners. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Direct Business Sales Australia is not liable for:

• Accuracy of information provided by users
• Outcomes of transactions between users
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Service interruptions or technical issues

7. Confidentiality

Users agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained through the platform, including business details, financial information, and seller identities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
